A little about me...

I came to yoga in my late twenties feeling burnt out, anxious, and often experiencing lower back pain. I was neither flexible nor strong in my physical practice and had already undergone four surgeries related to injuries and pathologies earlier in life. Like many, I first approached yoga mainly as a physical practice, as a way to strengthen and support my body.

Everything shifted during a deeply challenging period in my life. Yoga became something much more than movement. It helped me navigate grief, better understand myself, and improve my relationship with the world. This period fundamentally changed how I experience yoga and was followed by my first journey to India, where I witnessed yoga as a lived practice. From that point on, my life began to change in meaningful ways.

Before teaching yoga, I worked in the corporate world. This experience gave me a deep understanding of modern working life and its pressures, as well as the importance of balance, care, and presence in everyday life. Over time, I felt a quiet pull towards a path more aligned with these values, a choice that was not easy but felt right.

For me, yoga is not about how it looks, but about how it feels and how it shapes the way we move through everyday life. It is a gradual movement from what once felt unattainable towards clarity, understanding, and a quieter relationship with the mind.

My teaching is rooted in a traditional yet non-dogmatic approach, grounded in philosophy, simplicity, and the exploration of inner states. I value practices that are steady and comfortable, accessible and deeply human, offering lessons that extend into daily life.

At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to create spaces where people feel safe, supported, and gently invited back to themselves.

I teach because I have experienced how yoga can change a life and how it can bring light to even the darkest places.
