Through mindful movement, guided rest, and sound, yoga becomes a practical way to meet daily life with greater compassion, presence, and steadiness.
I’m a yoga teacher and sound practitioner with a background in both traditional practice and the corporate world. My work is rooted in simplicity and presence, creating spaces where people can slow down and reconnect without pressure or performance.

Organising and co-hosting retreats and workshops that offer space to step away from daily life, reconnect, and explore growth and transformation. Includes immersive journeys to India.
