Karuṇā is a Sanskrit word meaning Compassion

Described in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, one of yoga’s foundational texts, it is considered essential for inner balance and clarity. Living with Karuna is about bringing this compassion into daily life, work, movement, and moments of stillness. 


Through mindful movement, guided rest, and sound, yoga becomes a practical way to meet daily life with greater compassion, presence, and steadiness.

Hi, I'm Karina!

I’m a yoga teacher and sound practitioner with a background in both traditional practice and the corporate world. My work is rooted in simplicity and presence, creating spaces where people can slow down and reconnect without pressure or performance.


People describe my practices as grounding and calm, marked by depth and held with attentiveness and genuine care.
